Fasting challenges

According to Quora, people tends to eat food for no clear reason, foods are easily accessable, and people has busy schedules to manging and reasoning these objectives. A good abstract comment is that “fasting is actually less about food and more about spirit”.

In order to achieve fasting, there are four areas to influrnce habbit changes:

  • dramatic nutritional change
  • herbal laxatives and evacuate waste in body
  • simple sea salt and warm water variety
  • break from food consumption for any self-appointed span of time
